ParcelForce - butterfingers direct

We recently had to return a small fridge, because it had developed a fault with the cooling fan.
Spent about an hour carefully packing it, and handed it to the helpful ParcelForce delivery man. Next day (at least they got that bit right), the company contacts us to say that it arrived but in pieces and they're going to have to send us a new one, rather than attempt to repair it.
So today we wait around for the replacement, and the ParcelForce man rolls up with it. The replacement has a huge dent, or should I say completely crumpled corner. I don't know what height you have to drop it from to cause that amount of damage.
Incompetent idiots. Accidents happen, I get that, but how can you screw up so consistently, particularly when getting parcel from A to B without damaging it is your only task.

Also known as ParcelFarce.
It reminds me of the Tesco's logo for home delivery:  "you shop we drop"
Now Zen, but a +Net residue.

Well at least you can't deny they used some force  Roll eyes
I've only ever had a couple of things delivered by PF but never had a problem with them. Clearly Lee Evans the comedian has as he ridiculed them for several minutes in one of his shows moons ago.
I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!
