Experience; is something you gain, just after you needed it most.

I can vouch for that.  Many years ago I worked for a company that spent £10M a year on advertising.  Whatever the advert stated it certainly brought the customers flocking in and got the tills ringing.

Indeed, I was working for Hoover Ltd at the time of the infamous British Airways ticket fiasco. This was the nail in the coffin that eventually broke the company. However, it didn't harm the public perception of Hoover Ltd and actual product sales flourished.
