PN complaints

Just read this on TBB , PN have second highest complaints , below EE and all 3 top are all owned by BT Shocked

Whilst I personally have always had good service, it's quite sad the way PNs service has fallen below the standard they had few years ago.

Plusnet maybe "only" be the 4th worst but they still have 3 times more complaints than either Virgin or Sky who are the 5th and 6th placed ones.

Not good at all.

It's not good, but an improvement over Q3 2015 , so going in the right direction.

But it doesn't include ADR complaints as the article says

 

It doesn't however include complaints that have been made directly to the provider or to ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) schemes.

So the real complaints figure will be much higher.

I didn't say otherwise, I was just letting @HairyMcbiker know that his complaint wouldn't affect this OFCOM count as it uses different metrics.

I was just following the PN complaints procedure. They say to raise it with CISAS not OFCOM.

Sad to be reading this kind of thing as I have always had good service from PN and I suspect some problems might be beyond their control.

The race for new customers whilst showing a good profit can lead to corners being cut and short term that might work but sadly could see the loss of some long term customers of PN whose knowledge has been of considerable value to forum members who have had various software/hardware problems or required advice on numerous other matters.

Hopefully things will improve, reputation once lost is hard to get back

@shutter trouble is the goal has moved and they haven't noticed, they are headed in the WRONG direction now.
