Or indeed yesterday.
Cards have been "blocked" when people (me) tried to add a few extra quid as a prepayment...

I'm not complaining - because the problem rendered all bus oyster readers inoperable until they returned to their garages, I got three free bus journeys Saturday afternoon. Cheesy

So what happened to all those personal details on the system - such as home address, where and when I travel, when my house is occupied. etc. etc.
Computers and security - an oxymoron.
I hope all PlusNet employees are extremely gruntled.
