Anybody moved over to smart meters on Ovo recently? We have been trying to get a bill from them for the last 12 weeks or so, we haven't had a bill since may! Meanwhile they are taking about £120 a month from us, each time we email/ring them they seem to move the goal-posts even further apart in terms of weeks that we need to wait. The latest gaffe is 16 weeks that we need to wait for them to set this all up for us. Pathetic imo.
