Out of the mouths of babies and children

Ok, just a quick question that will hopefully be amusing.
Did your children ever come out with any 'real pearlers'. Gaffs... Foot firmly in mouth... embarrassing statements?
To start the ball rolling ( and I hope the moderators will forgive this one word).
My son, then aged 5, was with me in a large supermarket. He was very proud of his reading and was reading everything - phonetically..Going through the store, he tugged my hand and the conversation went like this.
"Daddy, can I say a rude word?"..
"Er, why?"
"please?"
"just this once" ( panic setting in. What is he going to say?)
"Daddy, what's a ba5tard chicken?"

Re: Out of the mouths of babies and children

And another..
He used to love peanuts, but at about 8 years old he stopped eating them, and stoically refused to eat them.We thought it was a typical, childish fad.
One day, whilst playing football with him, he kicked it 'eye-wateringly' hard into my groin. and down I went.
He called his mum..." mum, I've just kicked a ball into daddies peanuts"!!
He had obviously misheard something at school, and decided that he wouldn't eat peanuts ever again. Time for a quick biology lesson there.
