I watched it three times, I thought he'd move out of the way of the brick by the second or third time ... Roll_eyes Funny

Re: Ouch! that hurt......... (a bit ! ! !)

Look chaps, be reasonable!

That car owner was obviously to blame for parking there when matey was practising for the "World Lump of Something Chucking" competition.

Furthermore, the government was to blame for not supplying a suitable venue for him to practice, and for not supplying the relevant safety equipment, or safety notices warning of any possible dangers.

The poor fellow could have been badly hurt by someone else's mistakes!

Yes I remember him born August 1949 like me but was over 6ft 5in tall and big with it

Did a few years in the Police force but his passion was keeping showing and breeding show budgerigars which are larger than pet ones

The toughened glass used in the side windows is pretty strong to impacts like the one shown as it has a bit of bounce back to absorb the impact.

You need to hit it in a corner where there is less flex, with a glass breaking point or the ceramic from a spark plug to break it easily.

Smack it HARD enough with a hammer / brick etc & it will break.

Re: Ouch! that hurt......... (a bit ! ! !)

I remember Geoff Capes well. Household name at one time.

@PowerLee  You'll have to pass that advice on to the bloke in the video! Cheesy

But as you say, toughened glass is weird stuff. Take all sorts of abuse, and then just tap it in the right (or wrong) way and it's a thousand pieces.

Only had a screen go once in an Mini, on a newly gravelled road. Lorry belting along the other way. Chipping hit the screen.

Bang! Screen gone!

Modern Range Rover very easy to steal - the factory security system is easily bypassed along with the factory tracking system.

Aftermarket tracker plus Autowatch Ghost & / or Pandora alarm system recommended - all three if you want to keep it.

@shutter

Saw something similar a while back, might have been the same one if I know the Daily Mail.

Still funny though.

I hope the poor chap is getting counselling for stress. Maybe a Disneyland holiday at the taxpayers expense? Roll_eyes
