On thin ice

I noticed briefly in yesterday's newspaper that Heather Mills is going to appear in "Dancing on Ice" I didn't read the article closely but, was that in the US or here? If here does she think this will endear her to the British public? Not actually sure DoI is "done" in the states anyway.

Re: On thin ice

The ice dance show is in this country although she did appear on the American version of Strictly Come Dancing.  Perhaps she doesn't realise how she is seen in this country.  'Hated' is one word that comes to mind.

I'm a great fan of DOI and am looking forward to it. Not keen on all the background stuff though so I tend to record it and watch later, fastforwarding all of that and the ads too.
With regards to Heather Mills, I can't imagine how she will manage with an artificial leg, even if it is below-knee.
During her divorce proceedings I thought that she seemed very angry and a bit irrational but she certainly was loving the limelight. I don't much care either way whether she is on the show, but with all her money I can't see why she needs to bother - unless it is just for the attention.

Well really, it was never my intention that this thread should become cruel.
But...I think SparckZero caps it all!!

Even though you have complimented me in such grandiose fashion, I shall try and keep both feet on the ground.
