Ode to the spell-checker.

Ode to the spell-checker.
Eye halve a spelling chequer
It came with my pea sea
It plainly marques four my revue
Miss takes eye kin not sea.
Eye strike a quay and type a word
And weight four it two say
Weather eye am wrong oar write
It shows me strait a weigh.
As soon as a mist ache is maid
It nose bee fore two long
And eye can put the error rite
Its rare lea ever wrong.
Eye have run this poem threw it
I am shore your pleased two no
It’s letter perfect awl the weigh
My chequer tolled me sew.

Variation on the same theme with some different Miss Steaks.  Incidently my spell check picks up Marques as an error!

My MS Word checker doesn't but does capitalise it. Have you got the UK/British checker?

My MS Word  spelling and grammar is  English (United Kingdom).

Spill-chuckers can be dangerous if you don't watch them.
A colleague of mine, sending a letter out to an elderly gentleman, just caught in time the fact that where she had typed:
"I apologise for any inconvenience caused",
it had changed it to:
"I apologise for any incontinence caused".
I once did an entire story based on what happened when I put the names of my colleagues into MS Word's spell-checker:

Years ago an early version of MS Word I had decided that bore-hole was incorrect and changed it to brothel Embarrassed
