I had an issue with my remote control for my Kindle Fire TV so I email Amazon and within 2 minutes of my sending the email a woman was on the phone offering assistance with it, after a bit of button holding the job was done, all done and dusted in under six minutes, seriously impressed.

Might try that m'self. Mine freezes when I try and use my new Bluetooth headphones with it - worked OK for the first week but now it's decided to play silly huggers. Grrr. 


Don't limit the friends you haven't met with arguments you'll never have.
