Re: Now that's fast...

Not so fortunate with Royal Fail as they conveniently forget how to knock a door or ring a bell when you have a parcel & then makes you either make a re-delivery by phoning them up or a trip down ye old sorting office

Re: Now that's fast...

I Have been lucky with a various range of carriers except the Royal Mail who often take a week or more to deliver items, surprised that many businesses still deal with the RM.

Re: Now that's fast...

I ordered something from CPC on a Sunday afternoon and it turned up by UPS on the Monday morning - not even 24 hours later !

Re: Now that's fast...

I had an engine crane once turn up within 24 hours - ordered at 4:20pm and it was with me by 7:15 the next morning!
RM once delayed a delivery of a parcel by two weeks because the post office that took the payment forgot to affix the postage stamps. They then added a surcharge to it of £1 when they brought it to me two weeks late. Lucky for me I had a copy of the receipt for postage that the seller emailed me and I sent the guy away with a flea in his ear  Grin
Yodel.. they still chucking stuff over fences?

Re: Now that's fast...

Yodel, Royal Mail and Hermes all give me a good delivery service. The best though is DPD who offer an excellent service. You get text messages from them giving a 2 hour delivery window and they are always on time Smiley

Re: Now that's fast...

Royal Fail
Has yet again failed to Ring the Buzzer & or knock the door, for a Tracked / Signed for parcel
Then it took just over 21/2 hours to update their tracking system, & that was after phoning them up to complain
Both myself & SWMBO & our eldest was here & up, so there was no excuse for the postie not doing the job they are paid to do.
& they can  not blame it on the bad weather as it is T-Shirt weather atm & has been for the past few days
