Now I'm really worried

Got phone call Tuesday asking if I could attend a clinic at Stoke Mandeville tomorrow.
Then I read this:-
Quote
A 50-year-old man from Birmingham has been sent a letter inviting him to
attend a scan to assess the progress of his pregnancy.
Hilton Plettell was asked to visit Norfolk and Norwich University NHS
Hospital to find out how long pregnant he was, *Sky News* reports.
The merchandising manager was told to arrive at the hospital for the
ultrasound scan with a full bladder and advised that "sometimes it can show
twins".
Plettell said: "I was absolutely flabbergasted. It just came out of the
blue. I have seen the funny side of it and all my mates are enjoying ribbing
me about it.
"The letter had my correct name, date of birth and National Insurance number
so I knew it was genuine and it turns out to be a genuine mistake."
He added: "The ribbing has been coming thick and fast. When I walk through
the door of my snooker club, I get 'Ooh mother and baby coming through'.
"A few of my friends have told me to turn up at Norwich Hospital as a woman
and wear a wig, but obviously it's so far [away]."
It is believed that the error somehow arose after Plettel was treated for
kidney stones 20 years ago at the hospital in East Anglia. A senior nurse
has apologised for the mistake.

Good morning, have you had anymore recent heart attacks  - do what have you read my notes, I havnt had a heart attack and my angiogram showed I have perfect artieries
O we will have to increase you Digocsin the, this again before any inspection  - Sod off or words to that effect, just spent a year getting my dosage to a good low level, with the Heart Failure Doctor,
OK then I will give you Beta Blockers - sod off again, read the notes, they gave me asma.
got realyy raty, and got signed out
Bear in mind, she is also under the regional cardiac unit, and the heart failure clinic.
This week went to Doctor and he queried the prescription, The Consultants Registrar had sent our doctor a letter to tell him to alter the prescription

Re: Now I'm really worried

As I'd not received letter about this mornings appointment at cystocopy I rang, yesterday, to ask if there were any special requirements.
Girl on phone admitted that she was only helping out in the department, possibly from radiology  Smiley, but said possibly a full bladder.
That gave SWMBO and me a really good laugh and reminded us of a recent joke, on forum, relating to naval pensions as my bladder was last seen 30 miles away on 4th June 2009  Roll eyes
