Despite the fact that it clearly stated I would be eligible for a reward card none was allocated to my account on sign up. I have spoken with your customer service team who have escalated the issue. However the problem seems to be with the internet sign up process which you should resolve as soon as possible. This is not good. Can I please have the reward card, as this was why I signed up to Plusnet. During my research when finding a broadband provider the reward card formed part of the reason to sign up to Plusnet. Every aspect otherwise has been fine. if you can rectify this as soon as possible as I was wanting to use this to reward card to shop for Christmas gifts. Thank you.
