No Floods, but it's going to get very cold.

Last week I spent £30+ on extra new thermal undies, Thinsulate Hats, Full face protection, Scarves, heated seat cover for the car, and a Windscreen Frost protector.
Ice heel grips, etc all in addition to my usual Winter fare.
Done food shopping, alternative heating & cooking facilites on standby, along with bottled water, torches, radios, batteries, PIR lights etc
The plan is to stay in, but you never know !
Mega SKY+HD catch-up and Plusnet Internet sessions planned.
I'm t'other side of Pennines to PlusNet HQ.
Snow forecast for 3 of the days.

(After waiting nearly 10 minutes for new post to load, I gave up. Stopped, Back paged, reloaded, and there it was. This keeps on happening)

Yup, I'm finding the forum keeps grinding to a halt too.
EDIT: Yes pluscom I see what you mean now with your "Halt not half" PM - changed.
I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!

While I still see it too,  it's markedly reduced since being moved to the new servers.
