There's just something that appeals to me, as shown by the adventurers illustrated by TV show 'New Lives in the Wild" expertly fronted by Ben Fogle

Starting off small, first thing is to stop watching TV News, and reading online "Newspapers"

It's all so depressing.

Be true to yourself.

Have fun.

Don't take yourself too seriously.
