Nasty e-mail

It appears a number of people have received an e-mail claiming to be from the NHS or NICE informing them that following recent blood tests it had been noted that their white cell count was low and this could indicate they might have cancer.
The e-mail contained an attachment which it was claimed had full details of their blood test but in reality contained a computer virus.
It's about time people who did this were tracked down and jailed.
