Name that tune.....

I came across this Swedish singer, singing a "familiar" tune ....
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=endscreen&NR=1&v=j3DJXpEJXko
But I can`t place the proper title to it....
using Im translator the title is "He working in a shop "
which seems an odd subject for a rocking song like this ! ! !
Can anyone help ?

Re: Name that tune.....

Sounds like an amalgam of any of several songs from the early seventies - The Sweet, Mud, Slade etc. Don't recognise a particular one, though.

Re: Name that tune.....

The singer that comes to my mind was one of the first female "rock" chicks, used to play a bass guitar, had short(ish) blond hair, and used to wear motorcycle type leathers..... ( very raunchy ! !    Cheesy  )

Edit: I tried using SoundHound on my HTC on your video, shutter, but it failed to come up with any possibilities.

Re: Name that tune.....

Thanks for the linkys.... I still think it has a big similarity to another song..... having played the vid several times, and some SQ vids to compare.... I am not so sure she is the one I should be thinking of (well, at least, in respect of the song  Roll eyes ) I now have an inclination to a"sort of " rockabilly/C&W  U.S. performance that starts off the same way......

Re: Name that tune.....

The word " affar " in swedish can also be translated as business, as in german. So the probable translation is " he is a businessman"
Lena also sang the 2004 Swedish entry for Eurovision, which was translated by the writers into english from swedish and became "it hurts", much to the annoyance of the swedish who said it sounded better in swedish and revealed the real meaning of the words.
As for Han jobbar i affar , it also sounds to me like a mixture of other successful songs of the era, the first few bars of "These shoes were made for walking" by Nancy Sinatra being one of them.
