For anyone having issues with Plusnet's new billing system spare a thought for MilkandMore's customers and their milkmen.

Due to some sort of IT issue they have managed to cancel all the orders for this week for all their customers in the UK,

That's udderly disgusting. I presume they lactose trained staff who could deal with it?

I note you say you have left Plusnet but as you are still here then clearly you have not left and I am sure we are all pleased you have not left but in terms of accuracy should it not read, ' Why Plusnet is no longer my ISP'

I simply ask as I know you dislike inaccurate headlines.

Perhaps their IT system has been "hijacked", by the modern day "highwaymen"... masquerading as a rival company...

Simple way of increasing your customer base, at the expense of the opposition.....

In exactly the same way, that Stagecoach and First Bus services "hijacked" all the local bus services when they became "de-regulated"... by putting on plain white busses running the same routes as the local guys, but running a few minutes ahead on the timetable, thus they get the to the customer first, and the loca guy gets anyone who turned up later ...

In a nutshell, ( or should that be a bottle )...  they have milked all the IT info, and have creamed off the customer base, ...however, if it was "accidental".... then the "clot" who pushed the wrong keys needs to whey up his future employment prospects !  Cheesy

Probably failed because IT dept have recruited people from TSB and other banks, convinced they are top people!
