Midsomer...

So who will replace John Nettles as DI Barnaby? purely as a guess maybe Troy will return promoted to higher rank.
Experience; is something you gain, just after you needed it most.

When faced with two choices, simply toss a coin. It works not because it settles the question for you. But because in that brief moment while the coin is in the air. You suddenly know what you are hoping for.

Re: Midsomer...

He`s leaving because.........
A)   everyone has been murdered, and there are no more suspects
B) everyone has been murdered, except him and his sidekick, so he want to get out of town quick
B1).... does he suspect his sidekick nowHuh  Huh?
C). He has solved so many murders, he has filled his quota
D)  He has to catch up on all the paperwork involved with every murder case he has solved, because he didn`t have enough time whilst he was there !

I heard it was finishing and was about to put out the bunting...
Was hoping the soaps were going to follow suit.

Re: Midsomer...

I like Midsomer Murders - I like to work out how many bodies are going to get killed during a story................... but in actual fact you don't have to think too much during the programme as it is all fairly obvious so it is very relaxing!
Will miss John Nettles though.

Re: Midsomer...

What amazes me about that place is that people are still living there when there are all those murders every week. If it were me I would have moved out by now, probably to Dibley if I wanted a more peaceful village  Grin

Re: Midsomer...

well, you certainly would not get involved in amateur dramatics, writing a book, painting pictures, joing choir etc because those sort of things seem to attract murder in the area!!
