Make a stand - the customer comes FIRST!

Plusnets new advert (well first time I seen it was today):

So.. we come first then eh? So does that mean:

  • future emails will be to the point - without an advert after the dear customer line - consequently making you think it's not important

  • P2P will work without being throttled?

  • Customer details won't be given to anyone who demands them (eg ACS)

  • Call centre staff will give correct information and answer the phone quickly?

Just making a stand..  Cheesy

P2P should be throttled in some cases, especially when kids are using stuff like Bittorrent to illegally download that movie or game they want/

Who wants the job of deciding which bit torrents are "legal" and which are "illegal"?
Actually, its quite hard to upload an illegal bit torrent; most so-called illegal bit-torrents simply break someones copyright.
This is a purely civil matter.
