Superficial stuff if you ask me, they don't understand the issues or the technology. More information and training for the consumer would be more appropriate Roll eyes

Agreed, but would be useful to establish charge method partially based on "speed delivered". There is no incentive on behalf of the ISP to improve the line speed.

ISP's can't improve  the speed until they can force Openreach to replace or properly repair sub-standard or faulty lines.
