Lightning

At the moment there is a BIG electrical storm going on around the ASHFORD area of southeast England.... ( Dover area )...
see the pics for some strikes within the past few mins....
The circles radiate out from the strike to show the "sound" of the thunder moving away from the strike
The green lines are directional from the reciving stations to pinpoint the actual strike

It's supposed to be moving slowly northwards throughout the day....we'll see.

Used to that if there was a big storm  like this, you were advised to unplug
the modem/router.
Is that still the case?

Yes always unplug if you can, I have missed two big storms in last 7-8 years that cost me two routers and one PC

It`s  "a bit " noisy in France at the moment.......  Cheesy
Note.... the "older" strikes are graded from bright yellow down to brown and then they disappear....
