I've just spent a fortune on new camera gear as I plan to get back into photography after almost 40 years. The areas I'm interested in are;
For a few days early August me and SWMBO are staying at a hotel in Windermere which I gather is not far inside the Lake District.
There seems a plethora of places to visit so was wondering if anyone here who's been can give some recommendations, please?

How about the Pembrokshire coastal path once you have done there which I'm so lucky to have right on my doorstep.

We have so many great places for holidays in the UK and for the life of me I cannot understand why folks are so desperate to risk going abroad at the moment.
