Labour proposals for revised fast track graduate training program

My reason for posting this isn't because I disagree with forcing the Civil Service to move from the high proportion of private educated recruits in the program but because I really was astonished at the definition of working class http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-26919780

My dad - an electrician - would have been mortified  Shocked
Being Working Class (complete with capitals) was part of his identity.
