Oh, come On !.... you cannot be serious.... ? ? ? ?

quote from Camelot...

_________________________________________________________________________________________________

The firm said it did not believe its own systems had been compromised, but rather that the players' login details had been stolen from elsewhere.

_______________________________________________________________________________________________

If they had been "stolen from elsewhere"....

WHY are camelot  involved?    or

WHERE did camelot store them ,

for them to be "stolen from elsewhere"... because they did not believe their system had a security problem?

If their system is so secure, why store the details "elsewhere" so that they COULD be stolen  ? ? ?

What is meant here @shutter is that some Camelot customers have used the same details on another site and that has had its details stolen. These details have then been used to login to the Camelot site with some of them allowing access, hence their reference to the security of their own system.

Since the lottery is a bunch of robbers anyway, it doesn't affect me as I don't play/have an account.
You are more likely to be run over by an elephant that win the lottery.
