I can't since it seems to be geared to people who have gas and electricity and we don't have gas available

The last paragraph worries me, somewhat...... "Which will manage the changeover for customers".... I hope they have a lot of staff ready to cope with that enormous task..
Reminds me of a guy that wanted to get a "Fuel Card" for the general public to use, to gain 10p off a litre.... ( I signed up for that but haven`t heard anything for a couple of years)... Undecided
