No doubt they will see it as a perfectly reasonable tactic to raise the awareness of impending doom.
Unfortunately Mr Kennedy is unavailable for comment.

Seems to have been done quite a bit by charities in general recently.
I know the first time I saw the one featuring Bob Monkhouse about prostate cancer (a worthy cause) it did make me sit up and pay attention and think that's always the aim
