Apparently an advertising agency, probably in serviced offices. The service company says in its brochure there's no superfast broadband to the building.
Now Zen, but a +Net residue.

This *is* a genuine email. It's sent out following an initial sales contact, generally when someone doesn't want to sign up straight away but would like more time to consider the offer. The link should take you to a copy of the offer provided and give a link to sign up from there.

Indeed it is and clicking the link it all comes back to me, this was me trying to convince the MD to go with PN for Fibre in another Office.
