assuming that this says you can get it then almost any supplier can provide it if they want to http://www.dslchecker.bt.com/adsl/ADSLChecker.TelephoneNumberOutput

Green cabinets and your line is owned by BT Openreach, a division of BT. As Oldjim does say, as long as the ADSL checker shows Fibre and doesn't give a message about capacity being an issue, any provider should be fine to provide fibre to you.

Plusnet is just an ISP. Think of it like the gas network. National Grid own infrastructure and the companies provide you the gas. In the world of internet, Openreach own infrastructure and Plusnet provide you the service

If the DSL checker that Oldjim has linked to shows you can get fibre, there should be nothing stopping any company that offers it providing you with it.

unless Utility Warehouse are simply a reseller of someone elses product, and they only have an agreement to resell ADSL on that exchange.

On their site they do advertise 40/10 and 80/20. As to the ISP they pick aback on, do virtual providers have their own IP addresses, or use the parent's set?

FWIW I did two tracerts; one I omitted the wobble yews. They're "interesting" as will be seen!
