Introductions

Under that section of the forum headed,'Introductions' a number of PN staff have recently introduced themselves to the forum and we are pleased to welcome them but exactly what do these introductions mean as some have worked at PN for years ?

Have they physically moved from one PN department to another or have they just decided to start using the forum ?

Perhaps someone can clarify the point.

Re: Introductions

Actually thats a good point and one that I had wondered myself recently.

Can PN staff come on this forum of their own free will or do they have to be approved by plusnet first? Are there any staff that have been there years but have never been on here? - Are there even any original staff left?

I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!

Staff are welcome to come and post on the forum of their own free will. A few examples of this would be
Darkfire and Anoush

Plenty of staff here will have never been on the forums.

Depends what you mean by original?

@Chris has been at Plusnet for 10 years+

@adamwalker has been here for 13 years+

Re: Introductions

So what are the rules for staff posting on here then? - Presumably there must be some?

Re: Introductions

Staff follow the rules as per any member, the moderators will pull them up on breaking the rules if they don't follow them.

Re: Introductions

Presumably, all should make themselves identifiable as PN staff and moderators by implication are not staff?

Just asking.

All views expressed are my own but you can express them too if you want to be right about everything like I am.

We ask staff to identify this in their signature and more than likely would also have the role added to their forum login.

Correct. The community forum moderators are not Plusnet staff, they are customers.
