Inspired by the Petrol Price war?

What is the best Android App to find & compare local prices in the UK
Looking on https://play.google.com/store/search?q=Petrol%20price%20check&c=apps throws up other countries
Adding UK doesn't seem to help either https://play.google.com/store/search?q=UK%20Petrol%20price%20check&c=apps
Also tried https://play.google.com/store/search?q=UK%20Fuel%20price%20check&c=apps & came across this one https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=pl.cyberstudio.mojepaliwo & as it is designed to be a social App, it finds nearest stations but not their prices & requires the user to either manually or verbally input the prices

Re: Inspired by the Petrol Price war?

I get regular emails from http://www.petrolprices.com where I specify my postcode and it offers prices in the area.
I notice they have a paid for iPhone app but not currently Android Sad

Re: Inspired by the Petrol Price war?

@strat Isn't this their Android app as I notice the name Fubra from the link you gave?
Edit
@TORPC what about WhatGas Petrol Prices?
BTW haven't read the reviews or tried either so have no idea of their suitability or usability.

Good detective work Mav, yes it appears to be.
The email I get only mentions the iPhone app as does my account page on their site but the home page mentions both.

Re: Inspired by the Petrol Price war?

You said it Strat Wink
Good detective work
Albeit @ a modest £2.99
The WhatGas Petrol Prices? wants an account setup from the 1st screen, but managed to somehow bypass it Smiley
It looks ok, however it is reliant, on users input to update the current prices & some have not been updated sins July Sad
I would much prefer something that would be as up to date as is possible
I am seriously considering Paying for the Petrol Prices Pro , you linked to
That said I will wait & see if any suitable free Apps are available

Re: Inspired by the Petrol Price war?

I don't need it as I know where the cheapest petrol is round here (within a penny or so) and I go to the one I am nearest to at the time
