If you're taking your Granny on hol to Ibiza....

.... why not start the trip in one of these? It will keep her quiet for the rest of the week!

The more a society drifts from truth, the more it will hate those who speak it -- George Orwell.

Beware "alternative facts".

"Nineteen Eighty-Four" is set in Landing Strip, which is understood to be Great Britain in the future, a division of Oceania, a superstate that is continually at war with other superstates. Currently being organised by an American administration near you.

Well it would take a week to clean and de-stink the plane afterwards!

Impressive though Thumbs Up

And if you do take your Granny to Ibiza make sure you remember to take her home unlike that american couple who left a very confused relative here.

... and for the return trip arrive in at London City airport in a BAe-146. The approach angle is steeper than most airports and you have water either side of the wings as you land. It feels almost like a Military landing. Great for a nervous Gran. Just don't tell her how short the runway is compared to Heathrow. The BAe-146 needs 997 of the 1199 Metres runway length to land.

Now Zen, but a +Net residue.

Indeed, I flew into there last year on my way back from Brittany and crikey, it was steep - I'm sure I was putting my foot on the brake!

It's 1350 metres according to this captain, and she only uses about half of it!
