Re: ISPA Awards 2011

Huh  @strat        you have posted this sort of info before and you dont seem to have learned anything. The users, you and me have no vote no say. its an inside industry jobs for the boys fix.
in real life it means sweet  f a    thousands could be happy/displeased with their isp and the awards will not reflect that.

its just a boys night out event...............wake up small the coffee

Re: ISPA Awards 2011

I suppose the Best Budget Buy award in a current computer magazine for Plusnet's Value product has no value in you eyes either.

Internet Villian?  It's hardly something to want to win!

Re: ISPA Awards 2011

No, but it would be interesting to see the audience reaction if he had the nerve/cheek to attend the ceremony and collect the award ! (assuming that he is the winner - or should that be biggest loser ?).

ISPA names Andrew Crossley as Internet Villain for 2011, ACS:Law finally wins something

Crossley did not attend the awards or respond to his invitation - we're not sure why - but the ISPA promised to deliver his award to him.

Not very good results for PlusNet. Slipped further down the tables.

Re: ISPA Awards 2011

I'm not sure what you mean by slipped further down the tables? We won the award last year so hadn't slipped down the table at all.

Re: ISPA Awards 2011

If you won it last year (which) one and now in 4th place in one and 7th in another I'd say that slipping down the table.

Re: ISPA Awards 2011

I wasn't aware the placings for the awards had been released and there are only 5 finalists, not 7. Sorry for asking odd questions but are you getting these confused with other awards as I can't see the information you're referencing?
