Oh I know that one only too well. Back in 2010 I started work on a car - took out the engine and did a few things... it was only supposed to be sorn for a month or three at the most.
2014 and I can possibly see it going for an MOT in Nov/Dec and hitting the public highway for the first time since 2010  Shocked

Not listening or forgetting what I have ben told earlier on.
One example being,"what are we having for dinner"  swmbo......."I have already told you twice, I am not telling you again"
This often prompts me to ask again a bit later.
