This always brings back memories of Not the Nine O'clock News (from the 80's). They did a sketch on hooliganism etc. Their conclusion was "off with their goolies !"  Cheesy
Pam Stenven's was great playing a "social worker" in it. "I have lived with these kids ... " etc.
