Tesco are just pointing out they have removed all maggots/larvae from the peas before the canning process.
Now Zen, but a +Net residue.

Re: How intelligent are "Veggies" ? ?

One Christmas I was browsing the 'gifts' in the Chelmsford Habitat store, and noticed some movement in a display of dates (the fruit) in presentation glass jars.
On closer inspection all the jars were heaving with hundreds of wiggling maggots - just like a fisherman's bait box.
The store manager's face was a picture of utter horror when I pointed it out to him  Grin

You get free maggots with a pack of nuts on Quantas flights.

Just check out Seabrook crisps (made in Yorkshire) and one of my favourites.  Cool
As a veggy I particularly enjoy their "Canadian Ham" flavour crisps.
See: http://veggies.co.uk/2011/08/01/seabrook-canadian-ham-crisps/ for an explanation
