How can this happen...?

On the phone to First:Utility regarding my bill...
Initially told there is a 5 minute wait and I am 30th in the queue. 2 minutes later it is announced that I am 32nd in the queue Shocked Huh

They are probably using PlusNets queueing system and prioritising calls as they come in......  Cheesy

Write them a letter and record it with a CC to the CEO of first utility Ian McCaig  address:- Point 3, Opus 40 Business Park Haywood Road, Warwick, CV34 5AH.
Query your bill and mention the queuing problem, don't complain. As a loyal customer of First Utility you thought it necessary to bring it to the CEO's attention.

loyalty is about attitude rather than length of time, if you make it seem like your happy with there service overall but worried by what appears as a glitch in there system it makes you sound like your loyal to the company and making t hem aware of a perceived problem wit there call handling software rather than a moaning old git who is demanding changes or there off .......
just because your paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you
