They are from 2012 & 2013 respectively
They are basically stating that

Which is = to 53 %  being the vast majority of foreign nationals (whether or not they are legal)
Therefore why should our own people albeit in the minority be punished as a result ?Huh

Exactly, and that was my clear as mud point.
But then if you look at the demographics, London has stopped being the English capital for some time now.
They don't even give the percentage of White English.. just white British.
So what is the real number AFTER the Scots, Welsh, and N. Irish have been deducted I wonder?
