Hilarious - the beast gets stuck Part two

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-13565326

Barack Obama's 'The Beast' incurs £10 London C-charge

The US Embassy said it was exempt from paying "direct taxes" but the mayor maintains the charge is not a tax.
Transport for London has confirmed that the Presidential convoy was charged but the bill has not been paid.

If you look at the actual figures you'll see that all the embassies ignore the congestion charge so it's not just the USA.
As all the embassies are in Central London I do feel that diplomatic plated cars should be exempt.
Really used to rile me when I had to pay it to, sometimes, only travel a few hundred yards in the zone.

Untrue. Most pay. It is just that the biggest countries are among the worst payers.
"Just under three quarters of embassies pay the Congestion Charge regularly,"
