I'll chip in with a bit of useful/useless (make your choice) information regarding Celsius/Fahrenheit comparisons which you may already know;
Reversing the digits, 16°C = 61°F and 28°C = 82°F approximately.
Oops ... @Jonpe beat me to it!

@Jonpe wrote: If you remember that 32F is 0C, 61F is 16C, 82F is 28C, and there is 1.8F in each 1C, you can easily do the conversion in your head.
Or you can just type c to f on google and do the calculation....... simples ! ! !

Reversing the numbers doesn't always work. For example 57c would be 75f..errmm, nope, I don't think so.

@Pete11 The use of those particular "reverse numbers" is used as a brain reference point... so that you can get a rouugh idea of the cross calculation of temps for other temperatures.... not as a "general rule".

Yup, that's why I said.."I don't think so". The way I work it out is to use Google (other search sites are available).

Enough of these mathematical brain games!
Back to drizzle here in the west and wet for a week before more sunshine - but like politics, when it comes to our weather a week is a long time.

It's just sunny and warm here, and I've been playing with my chainsaw chopping up logs into something more manageable fire-wise, and getting too hot and bothered in the process and had to come indoors to cool off.......

And @artmo posted the information in the first line of my last post 21 minutes before me, while I was still typing the rest. I'd make a hopeless journalist trying to beat the rest with a breaking story.
