Hedge your bets, The race is on between RM & Hermes delivery

As you have no doubt gathered from the tittle I have some parcels being delivered (both with tracking numbers)
They have both been reported as being dispatched within 1 hour of each other & not far from each other in distance
I know it is only a 50/50 guess
However, which do you think would be the 1st to deliver ?Huh
I forgot to add that they have both reported the 24th for the Estimated delivery date
Edit:

Tittle amended to reflect others reality Cheesy

Knowing Hermes you will most likely get a badly filled in card stuffed through the letter box & no parcel  Grin
Hermes have to be the worst delivery company I've ever had to deal with when something goes wrong  Angry

PowerLee, I think the Hermes courier on your final leg of the journey is the problem. I, and 3 or 4 others I know who use Hermes on a regular basis, have not had a problem, but others obviously have.
As regards RM, again I think it's luck of the draw - almost all my deliveries are on time, but a friend of mine in Sussex seems to have to wait days for post - even from her local area.

I think it's 'hedge you bets' and from what I have heard that's exactly where some couriers throw them  Cheesy

Have to agree with jab, we use hermes all the time and have no problems. The guy who delivers for them here has created a small community of recipients in our street. he leaves parcels with any one of four others if you aren't in. You get a card of course, and it works well.  Never had to ring up for a second delivery. Can't fault them. Smiley

Given that you said RM I'd go with them as I assume it's a small packet. However, If it were ParcelFarce then that's a different set of odds altogether.

Re: Hedge your bets, The race is on between RM & Hermes delivery

depends where you fall on the delivery round, for me hermes is usually around 4pm but rm is normally around 10 am, of course on a slow day both can be early but rm is always the first one to arrive ....
just because your paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you
