Most places have a "motto" with a coat of arms... Portsmouth has a Crescent moon recumbent (!) with a sun above it, and the motto is "Heavens Light, Our Guide".
Whilst driving home a couple of days ago, across the top or Portsdown Hill, which overlooks the city, the murky clouds had some gaps in them... and I happened to have my camera ( always) in the car.

Portsdown Hill I remember as a very popular place in the evening a few decades back. No not that reason.
It used to resound to the sound of "breaker breaker come on back now".
Nothing like a high spot to increase range.

It was a bit of fun for a while but I assume its been mostly killed off now due to mobiles.
You used to see a fair few stubby aerials on cars back then.
I suppose some trucks still have their CB's.
