Hav e prices reaxhed bottom for broadband?

http://www.pcpro.co.uk/news/163155/bt-review-could-push-up-broadband-prices.html if this link is something to go by?
No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.

I had a read of this earlier.
I really don't expect BT to increase prices on the IPStream product, but given how largely used LLU now is, I wouldn't be surprised if they increased charges for LLU suppliers.

While prices have fallen sharply across the board, there are still huge variations. PlusNet will sell you an 8Mb/sec connection for £10; Orange (previously Wanadoo and before that Freeserve) wants twice that.
