hi all few days ago my direct debit has been setup and in my order tracker it went down sucssefully to 'checking your line' so the thing is before i signed up with plusnet i signed up with BT and i called them to cancel and they said i should wait a week for my all my information go to there system before i cancel so i didnt bother canceling and i signed up for plusnet and a letter came to my house yesterday from bt and they said to sign the agremeents and send them what should i do i dont no please help me. any please help me asap
Yes, you should call BT and possibly find out who/where to write to and send a recorded delivery letter. There is a 'cooling off' period so you should have no problems. If they have taken the sum from your debit or credit card this ought to be refunded.
