General Election

We've got the local elections out of the way and now we are heading for the big one on 8th June.

Will it be the landslide that is being predicted or will there be a surprise result?

Re: General Election

I'll tell you on the 9th of June as that's the earliest time anyone will ever know.

The air will be full of educated guesses called polls which won't mean anything but gives the media some fodder.

Re: General Election

Assuming it to be, then my prediction is that this will be the biggest Conservative win in history. There, I've said it.

Re: General Election

Nicola Sturgeon will defect to UKIP and will win a landslide vote as the UK President. Well that's what Ms Abbott told me.

Now Zen, but a +Net residue.

Re: General Election

To be honest I’m quite surprised that no one seems to be calling for JC’s head after the defeats in the local elections, citing the reason that while he’s in control they are evidently unelectable. It’s a funny old world after all.

I agree with you, it looks like a big win for TM.

However, I hope she is given a working majority of around 60 seats and not the landslide that is predicted. Really big majorities makes them ignore the electorate totally.

Having just viewed Panorama can't help but think this will be a 'facebook' driven election.
