Re: GB Energy customers READ THIS....

No doubt the big six will be pleased about that.

Smaller companies are on tighter margins so are more vulnerable to going bust.

Anyone remember a energy supplies called Amerada? we were with them years ago and they went bust, all their customers were transferred automatically to one of the big six energy companies.

Currently we are with extra energy, they get very poor customer ratings but so far that has not effected us.

Quite likely more smaller companies like GB Energy will also go bust

Good to know peeps' money is safe, but pro-tem they will be effectively on a standard tariff.

No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.

State control over essential services, now!

The market will provide? Obviously not. As for that 'safety net' I wonder how big the holes are?

I know where I am, I've been lost here before.

I was on the point of switching to them back in October, but on the day I went to press the button they put their prices up and therefore dropped off the "best deal" list. Ended up going with Avro Energy, another small supplier, so fingers crossed for the next 12 months Undecided
