For once a bit of nice news.
The Scottish government has announced an immediate ban on fracking, following overwhelming public opposition to the controversial process.

As Scotland has banned fracking I assume they will not be importing gas from other countries that has been obtained through fracking ?

@Steve did you watch the video, Ineos are buying fracked gas from the US to make their ammonia and plastics production viable. for the long term viability of the Grangemouth plant and the 1000's of jobs dependant on it they need UK fracked gas as a feedstock. Looks like Scottish jobs will be dependant on English fracked gas!
