Football adverts

Why is Plusnet wasting money on subsidised football packages?
I would prefer a reduction in the levy for broadband provision.
BTW I've only watched a single football match in its entirety on live TV - ever!
That was the obligatory 1966 one...

Re: Football adverts

Since I don't subscribe to Sky, the following in an email from Plusnet is a bit baffling to me:-
Quote
Ordering BT Sport
You'll need a Plusnet broadband account to get BT Sport with Plusnet, a Sky Satellite Receiver Box and a satellite dish installed.
BT Sport HD requires a Sky HD Satellite Receiver Box and an HD ready television to view the HD channels.
You don't need a Sky viewing card to order, but if you already have one you'll need to give us the viewing card number.

I can send the email if you want - but its a bit lengthy.

I missed that one - I was only 6. What was the result?

Only one more year to go and it will be the golden anniversary of the last time Yingaland did anything significant in the football world.
No doubt you'll be given plenty of opportunity to watch it again then.

When faced with two choices, simply toss a coin. It works not because it settles the question for you. But because in that brief moment while the coin is in the air. You suddenly know what you are hoping for.

Re: Football adverts

nothing to do with sky at all.
bt don't wholesale the channels, you deal with BT direct.
you really should check that you know what you're talking about before you post drivel... harsh but true.
