It remains to be seen how quickly they can make it commercially viable when compared to a conventional off-shore wind farm where the waters are shallow enough for either technology to be used.

Not sure if it is accurate but some sources claim renewable sources are now producing more electricity that other sources.

30 Megawatts (30,000,000 Watts) for that windfarm sounds like a lot, but if you divide that output over the claimed 20,000 houses supplied, that's only about 1,500 Watts per house at full output, not enough to run a kettle at full tilt...
