Favourite Word

Do you have a favourite word....that wouldn't fall foul of the swear filter?
My word of the day is Thixotropic which I heard today in reference to a particular type of Bee Honey.

Re: Favourite Word

There's something about "...ous" words - eg 'barbarous' doesn't sound as bad as 'barbaric', though they're virtually synonyms.
My favourite is mellifluous.

Re: Favourite Word

My favourite - as in used in various situations when things go wrong is banned by the word censor - it is the plural of a castrated bull but with one letter changed
If I post it with the letter munged I will be reported for avoiding the word censor  Grin Grin Grin
